Victoria is accredited by Resolution as a Specialist Family Lawyer, with particular specialisms in Advanced Financial Provision and Domestic Abuse. Clients can therefore feel confident that their case is in safe hands, particularly where matters involve complex financial issues such as businesses, pensions, trusts, or a combination of these assets.
Recognising that family disputes are often stressful and emotionally challenging, Victoria adopts a proactive and client-focused approach to every case. She is known for being accessible, responsive, and committed to helping clients achieve the best possible outcome while remaining mindful of costs. At VM Family Law, complete transparency is provided regarding costs, with regular updates given to clients usually on a monthly basis.
Victoria always seeks to resolve disputes as quickly and effectively as possible without the need for court proceedings, whilst never compromising on the outcome. However, where court intervention is necessary, she is a confident and experienced litigator who regularly conducts her own advocacy and frequently appears against counsel in court.
