Ceri advises on all aspects of relationship breakdown, including divorce, judicial separation and the dissolution of civil partnerships. She regularly deals with the division of assets on separation, including pensions, businesses and transfers of matrimonial property, as well as disputes concerning arrangements for children. She also advises on pre-nuptial agreements and parental responsibility agreements for step-parents.
